Privacy Policy
This policy describes how TableHub (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the TableHub mobile apps and related services at *.tablehub.intelink.mk.
Information we collect
- Account: display name, username, email (when provided by sign-in), auth provider identifiers (Google / Apple), and profile settings.
- Gameplay: match history, ratings, cosmetics ownership, and in-app virtual currency balances.
- Device / push: push notification tokens (FCM) so we can deliver friend invites and similar alerts you enable.
- Diagnostics: basic technical logs (e.g. API errors, connection failures) needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use this data to run multiplayer matches, authenticate you, personalize cosmetics, send optional notifications, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases / sharing
We process data to provide the service you request and to protect our systems. Processors may include hosting (VPS), database, and push (Firebase). We do not share your account with advertisers in the current free release (no AdMob / third-party ad SDKs).
Retention
Account and gameplay data are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize personal data except where we must retain records for security or legal reasons.
Children
TableHub is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us to remove it.
Your choices
You can sign out, disable notifications in OS settings, and request deletion of your account and data, or contact us below.
